The University Departments and the Institute of Microelectronics of Seville involved in the Master have very active research groups in the field of Microelectronics. Based on this experience, the graduates will be able to carry out their Doctoral studies in any of the following research lines, belonging to the Doctoral Program "Physical Sciences and Technologies", of the Faculty of Physics of the University of Seville:
