Dedication and Advising
The Master in Microelectronics consists of 60 ECTS credits. According to established criteria, this corresponds to full-time dedication, that is, 40 hours per week throughout the academic year for an average student. It must also be taken into account that the necessary dedication may vary depending on prior training.
Therefore, it is recommended that each student make a realistic assessment of their time availability to follow the master's degree and, if necessary, opt for part-time enrollment. If you wish to have personalized advice on your particular situation, you can contact the Master's Coordination through the Contact section.
Recommendations for Part-Time Enrollment
Students who for justified reasons (work, family, training) cannot dedicate themselves to the Master full time are recommended to make an initial enrollment of 30 ECTS (the lower limit for standard enrollment).
They will be able to take some compulsory subjects and electives, and use the subsequent "Enrollment Extension" period to increase their credits if their availability allows it. Please note that under certain duly justified circumstances, the General Student Regulations allow this limit to be reduced below 30 ECTS.
If you have already enrolled full time and wish to take advantage of this possibility, please urgently contact the Secretary of the Faculty of Physics before the official enrollment deadline expires.
Delivery of Additional Documentation
To definitively complete the enrollment process, it is essential to provide the required documentation proving your identity and access qualifications. If this documentation is not sent in due time and form, your enrollment will be automatically cancelled.
There are two ways to submit it:
- Electronically: Accessing the Self-Enrollment Documentation mailbox through the DOMUS platform of the University of Seville.
- By Postal Mail: Sending the documentation as soon as possible to the following address:

Avda. Reina Mercedes, s/n
